Thank you for choosing Ground Soap! We’re committed to getting your order to you as quickly and sustainably as possible. Below you'll find details about our shipping process, timelines, and more.
Processing Times

Orders are processed within 2–4 business days after your purchase is completed.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Please note that during peak times (like holidays or product launches), processing may take slightly longer.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. We currently ship via Canada Post, FedEx, UPS & USPS and offer the following estimated delivery times:

Within Canada: 2–8 business days

USA: 5–10 business days

International: 7–21 business days (varies by destination)
We do not mark up shipping charges. You pay what we pay.
Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on Canadian orders over $100 CAD (before tax and after discounts).
International Orders
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees incurred upon delivery. Ground Soap has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
Local Pickup
Local pickup is available from our Cornwall, Ontario location. Select "Local Pickup" at checkout and we’ll notify you when your order is ready.
Sustainable Packaging
We strive to ship all orders using plastic-free, recyclable, or compostable materials whenever possible. It’s one more way we keep our environmental impact low.
